Movie: ★★★★☆
This doesn’t mean I did not enjoy the book - I did! - it means I appreciated the changes made in the movie version. There was no bitch ex-wife subplot, no treacherous millionaire besties, or unapologetically hateful ex-coworkers. The book illustrated vicious, predatory, humans with equal fervor to the megalodon. While I understood, it was more fun to watch the sharky mayhem!
