Fish & Chips (Cut & Run #3) by Abigail Roux, Madeleine Urban ★★★☆☆

Book Three was the steamiest Cut & Run to date with, initially at least, the most interesting case. This should have finally earned it four stars if not for two things:

One, the author fell in love with an annoying word - snort. There was a lot of snorting going on and no cocaine to make it “cool.”  Snort was used 43 times. The absurdity distracted from enjoyment.

Two, the international multiplayer art thievery case, that was looking damn good, puttered out to nonsense. The authors explanation for this lazy wrap up:

"Cruises in international waters did weird shit to people.”
